Yup, I finally did it! I have ePatterns! And they are new designs!! Whoot! Whoot! Hop over to the PATTERNS page on my site and you'll see them ready to go! And I will be slowly offering my old patterns into ePatterns also. A couple of them are ready. Why did I do this? well....frankly because that is what ya'll want! I've been asked ALOT about doing them, so finally, I set my mind to it, and did it! It was actually fun! Something about seeing the templates on the computer screen....I dunno...it just made me smile! I didn't have a scanner. Well I did, before the divorce/move situation, and it was one of those big hoopla machines and something went wrong with the scanner, so I left it behind. I went out and bought a new one yesterday....one of the all in one thingy's. I was due for a new printer. Mine is acting up, feeding the paper all wrong, sometimes not feeding...and shoot, the ink is so much moola that I might as well bought a new printer the last time I put ink in it. Amazing enough I was able to hook it all up! I'm not good at that stuff. Anyway, I had soooo much fun last night in between doing my patterns. I was uploading old pictures! and putting them on Facebook. Some of my brother and I! He'll probably kill me! And omg..I found these of my beautiful mom!
Christopher thinks that this is me! LOLOL It is amazing how much I look like her! I even have the same haircut as the one on the left! I just wish I could get that "poof" that she had! That's my dad in the pic too. They were high school sweethearts. "Barbie & Ken". She'll probably kill me on these pics too! She'll be here in less than 2 weeks!!!! I am so excited! I found that GREAT yarn shop that she is going to love! I went there looking for some wool for hair for my dollies....and when I walked in, it was like heaven for knitters! She is not going to want to leave!
We had all the kiddies here for Halloween! It was awesome! Just as I always wanted Halloween to be! We had bought pumpkins 2 weeks prior when yummy boyfriends boys were here last, so we waited till Friday night to carve them! I think I was more excited to carve them than they were. That is, until we started, then they were ALL OVER IT! Christopher and Matthew thought they would draw up their own designs of "big rigs" to carve out. ummmmmm NO! that won't work! So they went online and found designs from their favorite video games. Scotty chose one from one of those fancy carving books. I wish they had those cool things when I was a kid! I wished I had bought my own pumpkin so that I could have done my own, because not one of them wanted/needed any help! Yummy Boyfriend helped scoop out guts (even though he didn't want to). What a great scooper he was!
i even did a little scooping.....and why is Scotty looking at me like that? It doesn't look like I was talking...but it looks like I asked him to do something and he was like "what???"
more scooping...this time they boys are trying......and as usual....Christopher is NOT happy about it!
boys busy at work!
And they are done! What GREAT pumpkins all 3 of them carved!
Here they are glowing.
Finally Saturday night...time for Trick or Treating. We had our own Platoon! When yummy boyfriends boys found out what C was going to be, we had to head back to the surplus store for more uniforms! All 3 were very happy with their costumes!
okay...I've been on this computer too long now. I need to straigten up the house, finish some dolls already started, start a new order, laundry.....and the list could go on and on.
Happy middle of the week everyone!
